In front of you you have one of the most enthusiastic pastry chef you might have had a change to share a few words with. I want to use this opportunity to share what I've created over the last years with all of you and maybe inspire some to this field.
Along side all of you I still look for inspiration and I hope we get to share our ideas on our social networks. My love and passion for pastry goes beyond I might have dreamed when I was a child and I can't be more happy with the choices I've made, that lead me here.
